No email notifications

Hi,
I’m unable to receive any email notifications from my website https://uk.penned.co/sample-pack

I’ve:
– Activated SendInBlue SMTP
– I can receive other WordPress notification emails
– SMTP Logging shows the email created but not being sent
– WP SMTP is enabled with SendInBlue settings.

Not sure what I’m missing or whats wrong? I’ve uninstalled and install the plugin. I’m at a los.
