Non-Unicode entries

I have a form in which user needs to enter his name.. now most of my users are either using Arabic or Turkish language to enter the names.. but its showing me “??????” how can we let the text box accept non Unicode or non English names?

Found the issue was in DB not in the form… it was sending the UTF-8 but once saved in DB its not saving in the same Unicode..
