not getting forms emailed to client

Hi
I have a client I’m building their website. I’ve set up the form and put the same email address in and the from email address. The email address has their domain on it. But client is now getting the forms when submitted. I changed the email to mine and I can receive the emails. Any ideas. Can I DM someone for login info for you to take a look.
