Not receiving emails

I contacted my host and everything seems to be in order. They are not blocking emails and all permissions are correct. I have the most recent plugin and version of wp. No emails seem to be sent to multiple email accounts. I do not receive anything in spam, trash or inbox. Can you please help me out?
