Not Receiving Notifications – WP Mail SMTP

Hello,

I configured WP Mail SMTP to send my emails, I have configured the other SMTP options and from this end the email test works just fine.

However once i test the form on my website, i never get an email.

What can i do here?

Latest version of WordPress installed, Quform plugin up to date.
