Not recieving emails – Quform version 2

Hello and thanks for your time.

I am not receiving any emails, I am using version 2 of your plugin.

I have even tried the WP Mail SMTP & Post SMTP plugins and it test/send positive on standard PHP settings and SMTP settings.

Could you please let me know where I have gone wrong?
I may simply have overlooked a setting in the new format.
