Not submitting with IE

My forms are working fine with every browser but ie. If I disable active scripting it does work. Site was hacked over the weekend and main index.php was replaced with default WP file. any ideas?

if i disable “use ajax” it works.

well I ran across another problem with this. The Submit button was fixed but now if I have use ajax on file upload buttons do not work. If I turn off use ajax they do work.
