Noticed errors after auto updating

Getting lots of 404 hits for the following

http://www.liquidvpn.com/liquidv2/wp-content/plugins/iphorm-form-builder/themes/storm/images/boxed-group-break-line.png

Noticed I do not even have that file in the zip from code canyon. Not sure if you can send it to me or if it is a bigger problem all together. Please let me know.
