We have a problem with conditional email notifications. We need that based on a data chosen by a multiselect, different response emails are sent to the user who fills out the form. We have created + notification emails with the dynamic recipient based on the email field filled in the form: example {element|id:14|Email} Then we have put the logical rule that the specific email notification is used only if a specific option of the form’s multiselect is selected.
We have already verified that the site sends emails correctly, we have other forms made with other tools that work and correctly deliver notification emails.
