regardless of whether is specify as text or html when the email is delivered it becomes as bunched up as per the image instead of being nicely formatted?
Once the email has been sent … the message in quform settings becomes bunched up and also replaces some spaces with the character ‘n’ please advise how i can fix this ?

July 1, 2014 at 4:13 pm #11655josef777Participantuse <br/> after each line !
July 2, 2014 at 6:27 am #11662chef007ParticipantThanks Josef, but surely that doesnt explain why its happening in text mode? and also the extra n character?

July 2, 2014 at 7:25 am #11663chef007ParticipantIm still having the same problem in that when i simply use plain text it is bunching the plain text up into a jumble of text, it is also inserting an ‘n’ Character wherever there is a space.
I have added a <br /> and in html mode it tidys up the email but it is still adding the ‘n’ character..
I would rather use text mode but its not possible with this formatting
please advise
