Notification Email Not Sending

Good afternoon,

Great product! I’m running into an issue where I’m receiving no notification emails that forms have been submitted; upon testing my forms it does look like the reply email is going through to the form applicant. Any ideas on how I can fix this? I’m using the global setting for email delivery – PHP mail default.
