I have notification emails enabled – one that goes to the client and one that comes to us.
The one that comes to us is configured as per the attached screenshot.
This email should appear “FROM” the client email address and client name (based on what they input into the form). This would allow me to hit reply when the notification reaches our inbox and reply directly to the customer.
This doesn’t happen though. Instead, the from email and name is our/my email address and name. So when I hit reply, I need to manually change the customer email address myself.
Hope that makes sense.
I can’t seem to figure out what I’m doing wrong. It all seems highly configurable so I’m sure I’m missing something somewhere.
