Notifications emails text

Hello

I have a problem with email notifications at Quform2. I print the forms I receive by email. At Quform old was the value in the field on the right. Now at the new Quform, the field value is below. How can I change my emails to Quform1? I need now double so match sheets. I’ve put in attachment an old email and a new one.
