Notify is user does not complete form submit

Hello,

I´m using a form for an event application. In certain cases, the user does not complete the submit and we can´t get noticed about that. I´m searching for a solution that when the user start filling form an insert email I would like to catch that even if the user does not submit. The idea is to write back to the client and offer him support.

I know I can develop this, but I asking first in case you have a builded solution or related documentation.
