Numerated forms

Hello, I’ve been searching along the forum with no luck.

I need to create a form that has to start with “number 1” and next form with “number 2” and so on. I think it can be done with a shortcode in “Dynamic default value” but can’t figure it…

Sorry for my english, hope you can understand what I’m looking for.
