One entry per email

Hello,

We have a form where it would be good if each user could fill it out only once.
We would like to regulate this via the email address.

The form stores the data in a custom table we created .

The table is called “quiz” and the field is called “email”.

Unfortunately I haven’t found anything in the forum or in the documentation where this would be possible.
