One site, two installations

My client requires a secure form. The only way I knew to accomplish that was to do a separate installation of WordPress.

The main site has a simple contact form, but the secure site has the form my client wanted secure – for which I originally purchased the script.

Do I have to have a separate license for http://www.samesite.com and https://secure.samesite.com?
