Only updating when logged into back end

Our form is only showing the updated fields when we are logged into our admin panel. When you try to submit when you are not logged in, it will not complete. It sits there with the round swirly.

On a side note, this only started happening when we updated the plug in a few days ago with the latest update. Its reverting back to the original fields we made months ago.

We’ve also deleted all cache, and tried from multiple computers, same result.

In the meantime, were missing orders because your plug-in isnt working. It’s been 24 hours with no answer. What gives?
