Is it possible to get some paid assistance with a form im working on ?

Its not difficult i don’t believe for a developer?

I have a group of care workers who want to be able to fill in a time sheet…

They will select a Start date, and an End date, then each date will appear below with two input fields… one for hours worked and one for breaks taken?

Can anyone help me with this please?

Im not a developer, i know some html and thats about it!

All I need is a quform that will allow me to choose 2 dates and when the dates are selected, the user will be given the days with an input field for hours worked and another field for breaks taken?

Im happy to pay for the time it takes to do this… but im having an issue with the basics of the form as well in that it adding characters to the notification email … and one of the variabes isnt working ?

can you help me ?
