passing multiple form elements into a paragraph text element on another form

Hi. I’m currently passing that data from one form on to a redirect page and displaying this for data to the user. There are a total of 6 fields that hold data and we have styled these into a block of text on the redirect page.

My question is can we insert this block of text created by the first form into a paragraph text field into the new form and can this be done on the by inserting the new form via php into the new template re-direct page.
