Passing variables

Sorry if this has been asked before – i did search but couldn’t find what i was looking for.

I want to be able to pass variables from one form to another.

example. – On the homepage i would have just a short form with name and email address on it and the get info or send button.

When they click the button i want them to go to a more comprehensive form with more fields on it but it be pre-populated with the name and email field completed on the initial form.

Is this possible?
