Performance Issues when Multiple forms in single page.

Hi,
I have around 70 images on a page for which I am calling a Popup form.
I have seen the code and it appears that for 70 images the form plugin in adding separate jQuery and HTML Code.
Is it possible to optimize it into single jQuery and Single HTML that should be referred. (I know its possible by creating functions.)

The thing is it is hurting the performance very badly.

I missed one point. The multiple Forms are the instance of same single form. Only difference is the image for the popup form.
