Permissions Edit Form > Disabled – should hide edit icon on dashboard

Hi,

I fix for future release.

If you disable ‘Edit form’ on permissions page the edit icon should not appear in Dashboard > Forms box.

Hide Edit icon [pencil] if edit form permission is “no”.

It correctly prevents edit access but showing an edit function when not available is confusing.
