Photo Upload Required is not working for some conditions

Hi,

My form is starting with 5 categories. Although for first 3 categories (gelin, bayan giyim, ayakkabı) photo upload is working well. But for last 2 categories, if photo is not uploaded and submit form, I am not getting required message (required box is ticked).

Could you please advise?
