Please help – can't activate

Dear support,

We can’t activate with our purchase ID. We enter it (exactly) – same one we used to register here.

Once entered, we click verify. The page hangs for around 1-2 seconds, then reloads, and remains unregistered.

Short of trawling apache logs, any quick ideas?
