Plugin causing JS conflicts

    The Javascript or some other element of this plugin is causing a problem with another part of my website. I have a slider that operates using Javascript. However, when I activate this form plugin, it causes the slider to not work.

    Here is the website. As you can see on the homepage, the images, thumbnails, and text do not form a slider. But, when I deactivate your form plugin, it works properly.

    Do you know what would be causing this? Is there any way to tell your plugin to only load for one page (the contact page)?
