I am not seeing the ELEMENT SIDE Bar when trying to create a new form. See screenshot.

Here is a screen shot of my plugin’s all are dis-activated and the only one activated is Quform.

Solved… conflicting plugin – called Landing Pages – not a big deal, I wasn’t using it anyway.
