PLugin Update Not working

I discovered conditional logic not working and found I need a plugin update as it is a known bug.
My Quform plugin is 1.4.1 and does not notify there is a new version. So I need a new download of Quform so I can manually update. Does anybody know where I can get a new version of Quform.
Redownloading from conyon forrest is the old version looking at the date. Searched the site and could not find it.
