Pop up does not working

Hello, i tried to make a popup link, but it does not work..

i already turn off other plugin and switch template to default wordpress..

still no idea on how make the pop up works

the popup link is on 2nd column and the text goes like this:
“Anda membutuhkan layanan ini ? Klik disini untuk menghubungi kami”

can you help me what went wrong ?

Problem Solved ! yes.. “Enable fancybox” is not ticked
