Populate fields with ACF

Hi,
I don’t know if what I want is possible.

I would like to use ACF plugin (Advanced Custom Field) together with QuForm.
Here is an example of how I want to use both.

Let’s say I have 2 ACF text inputs that is displayed on all posts. Then on each post I would like to embed the same form (QuForm) which has a dropdown, this dropdown would be populated by the 2 ACF fields.

In other words, the dropdown in the QuForm is populated by the ACF fields (and therefore the dropdown may be different per post on the public website)

Possible?
