Populating date from another date function.

example:
For reservations, I have a form with 3 fields : arrival date, number of nights, departure date. I want the client to choose arrival and number of nights. Then automaticaly populate departure date with a function like arrival+night = departure.
This will prevent client from choosing passed dates and avoid errors.
