Popup doesn't open

Hello

I am trying to get a form to popup by clicking on a text.
For that I use the default quform-popup-option but it doesn’t work.
It seems to be a javascript issue…

I already checked the settings: “Fancybox” is activated

Any suggestion on how to fix it?
