Popup form

Do I need to do anything more than just paste the popup shortcode into the page? e.g.

[quform_popup id="1" name="Book Appointment"]Click me[/quform_popup]

Because this doesnt do anything.

I wondered if there were any other settings, like switching on popup JS or somehting, because the above code does nothing when clicked
