Popup function and upload button don't work

Hello,

I use the plugin for my page http://www.kanzleinowack.de and am using the theme “themis” for it. I have the following 2 problems:

1. The popup function doesn’t work. When I click on a link to a form, no popup opens and the URL changes from “www.kanzleinowack.de” to “www.kanzleinowack.de/#”.

2. The forms which I tried without popup are working, but the upload button for uploading files doesn’t appear and is out of function.

I already told the first problem to the developer of the theme, the answer is given to you in the picture below. Please help me!
