Portfolio, I have problem with image size and text size

How can I resize the image on portfolio? I hαve try everything but nothing.
When I’m going to “portfolio” site, the image has been cut and i don’t like it.
When I’m going to “read more” the image was very big.
How can i fix it?

Also i have problem with text on portfolio. I’ve resize the text on “portfolio” site and when i’m going to read more the text was too little, the same size with the text on “portfolio” site.
And for that i need your help
