Post Page URL to Another Script (Salesforce Integration)

I’ve been able to have the data from a QuForm submission also post to salesforce basically using this procedure:

Send form data to another script

However, I want to also pass the URL of the page that the user submitted the form on as one of the post variables. I am guessing it should be pretty straightforward, but I’m not sure what the variable would be called to pass through. How would I go about this?
