I have a contact form on a corporate website and would like to capture the page title of which page a user linked from to reach the contact form. This would provide some context for a reply without having the user explicitly state it. For example, a user clicks the ‘Contact Us’ button from the ‘Widgets’ page and arrives at the ‘Contact Us’ page with the text “From Widgets:” prepopulated in the ‘Comments’ field of the form. Is this something that would be possible?
