Problem after adding a new element

Hi, community, when I insert the example contact form and set up my email in the process.php file I have no problems I receive emails send from the form, but when I’m trying to add a new element I become an error message There was a problem Cannot POST /quform/process.php. And I’m doing everything like in the Documentation, any help, please.
