Problem Saving -Ajax Error

Hi, I’ve just noticed that my contact form is displaying the error message above when it’s submitted. The entry is saved in the Database but there’s no notification email sent on. So unless I log in to WP and check the entries I’m unaware of any submissions.

I’ve tried disabling ModSecurity but that hasn’t solved it. Any more advice?
