We have a problem on our websites using Quform.
When filling out our form the Error “An error occurred” “Refresh the page and try again” appears and sending the form doesn’t work. It works after hard refreshing the website and then the error doesn’t occur again on all browsers on the used device.
There are no error logs in the console or PHP Log files.
On different browser it says “Ajax error”
Testing is difficult, because the error doesn’t appear after refreshing the page.
What seems to be the issue here?

I had turned off CSRF Protection, I hope that solved the problem.
I will wait to see, if users still get the error.March 24, 2023 at 8:21 am #35280schmuckiParticipantHello
Deactivating the CSRF Protection worked so far. But for security reasons we need the forms to be working with protection.
How can I troubleshoot the issue and find the source of the problem?
Best regards
