Problem with align

Hello,

i have 2 problems with
– 1. The align of the form. Even i haven`t changed the css, it loks like the picture in the
– 2. Language. Right above the form is “Page 1 of 2”, but i need german “Seite”

please give me quick answer, beacuse i want to work on the forms.
