Problem with autoreply mail

Hello.
I have a problem with the mail in the form.The form doesnt send the autoreply mai to the registered usersl.It doesnt work with both of them SMTP and PHP mail.Could you please help me?

hi i have the same problem I sent you email with my website link and login details can you please fix it as well for me I tried everything in settings but still not working!
