Problem with Browse button

Hi,

I have two problems with the Browse button in order to upload files:

1. When I click on it using Firefox or Internet Explorer, nothing happens, the supposed window to browse files doesn’t show.

2. On Chrome browser, when I click on Browse to attach a file, the window appears, but the roll over zone of the Browse button became taller, When I try to click on any of the 3 fields above it, it like I click on the Browse button again.
