Problems activating Quform 2

I am still running Quform 1.10.0 on my website. http://fokus-medizin.at/

I bought the new plugin V 2.4.1 and understand I need to install and activate the new one in addition to the 1.10.0 and then migrate the forms.

But I can’t access the new plugin pages from the Forms top level menu. There is no “Forms” menu item yet. See screenshot.

Under Plugins it shows me both plugin version and tells me for the old one that a new version is available. What could be the problem? I am using the latest WP version 4.9.8. What could be the problem or am I doing something wrong?

Oh thank you. That did the trick. For some reason the custom admin roles were still in the system. Even though I uninstalled the plugin.
It’s working now.
