Problems with Qufrom / Temp folder

Hi,

Because the ReCaptcha did not worked, I deleted the plugin. Now I cannot upload the plugin anymore via FTP and via Worpdress. Whats the problem?

When I upload it a got the message: Missing tmp folder?

But it’s in my FTP area already!!
