Progress bar on sections

I have a multi-page form and on one particular page I have a number of sections.

Within those sections I have a number of fields. Each section (after the first section) is revealed when all fields in the section above are completed.

Is it possible to have a progress bar on this page only that will display the % completed of all sections on the page?
