Qform autoreply doest not work

Hi, I have checked the solutions #1 and 2 but the message but I could not get rid of the message “The form must have at least one Email addres element to use this feature”.
At the “Recipient”, there is already an email address.

It took me the whole night but I could not find the solution. Please help
