Qforms is breaking my theme.

Hi,

I’m using the latest update from this theme: SmartIt -> http://themeforest.net/item/smartit-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/3271328?WT.ac=search_item&WT.seg_1=search_item&WT.z_author=ThemeMakers

When the plugin is disabled, the submenu items show, when it is enabled they don’t come up and the Console error is:

I downloaded Qforms latest update but the problem remains. What’s up with fancybox?
