Question on SEO optimization

The Storm-theme is supposed to be “SEO optimized” but it seems like it doesn’t even render out a description / keyword line in the head-metadata.
Is this correct? Can this be configured somewhere?

Also in Portfolio, it does not write any of the metadata from the picture. There is not description, no title and just an empty “alt”-tag. Is this correct?
