Quform breaks my theme

Hello,

Quform added in the portfolio page breaks my theme. Image slideshow in left and similar images above don’t show – only loading. When I disable quform plugin – everything is ok. Maybe you know there is a problem?

Amazing! It worked! Thank you very much! Great support. This was my fourth quform licence. Today I would buy fifth for another webpage 🙂
